Features
Dunlop MS Polymer Ultra Bond Adhesive D230 is a high strength one-component sealant which bonds heavy objects (up to 300 kg) to all types of surfaces. Its specialised formula dries quickly and achieves an extremely strong initial tack within 5 seconds. It is ideal for bonding and sealing in wet, humid conditions, leaves no oil residue and is odourless. It can be painted over with all types of paint including water-based paint. This superior adhesive is also UV-resistant, solvent free and is environmentally friendly.

1. Ensure surfaces are free from dust, dirt and grease. |

|
2. Cut tip of nozzle to required angle and bead size. |
|
|
3. Cut tip of cartridge to open the seal. |
|
|
4. Screw nozzle onto cartridge and insert into caulking gun. |
|
|
5. Apply adhesive with a steady pressure ensuring the adhesive is a minimum of 2-3 mm thick. |
|
|
6. Bond the substrates firmly together. |
|
|
7. Adhesive will be dry in 5-10 mins and fully cured within 24 hours. |
