Features
Dunlop D800 is a one component Polyurethane based, moisture cured, filling and insulation material with excellent expansion capacity. I offers superb adhesion and can be easily cut and painted when cured. Its advanced formula provides a high level of insulation, sound proofing and age resistant properties. Ideal for use with most construction materials.

1. Ensure surfaces are free from dust, dirt and grease. |
|
|
2. Ensure the nozzle is clean of dirt, grease and dried foam. |
|
|
3. Shake the can well. |
|
|
4. Turn the Dunlop D800 can upside down and fill the void as required. The foam will expand up to 50 times its volume. |
|
|
5. Leave for at least 12 hours to cure. |
 |
6. Remove and clean the adaptor. |
