Features
DAT SB-450 is a premium synthetic rubber adhesive designed for roofing applications. It offers a specialized formulation with easy application and excellent bond strength. It is intended for bonding EPDM and TPO single ply roofing membranes to roof deck substrates in low-slope roofing systems.
Engineered for ease of application, DAT SB-450 is uniquely formulated to maximise coverage area, minimizing waste and streamlining installation.

1. Before and during use, thoroughly stir the adhesive. Do not use electric drills and do not thin the adhesive. |

|
2. Position the membrane into place and give it enough time to relax in place. |
|
|
3. Apply adhesive to membrane and substrate surface, ideally at the same time, using a medium nap roller or adhesive dispenser. |
|
|
4. Wait for the adhesive to fully dry and become tacky. |
|
|
5. Roll the membrane onto the adhesive-coated substrate and immediately brush with a stiff bristle broom to ensure maximum contact. |
|
|
6. Bonded material can be reworked or adjusted using a heat gun. |

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat ignition.
- Store at temperatures between +4oC and +30oC.
