Features
DAT WB-210 is a premium water-based adhesive designed for roofing applications. It offers a specialized formulation with easy application and excellent bond strength. Its water-based formulation contributes to a healthier working environment by limiting exposure to harmful fumes and minimising Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). It is ideal for bonding PVC single ply roofing membranes to roof deck substrates in low-slope roofing systems. It is also suitable for bonding fleece-backed TPO and PVC membranes.

1. Before and during use, thoroughly stir the adhesive. Do not use electric drills and do not thin the adhesive. |
|
|
2. Position the membrane into place and give it enough time to relax in place. |
|
|
3. Apply the adhesive to the base substrate using a roller or notched trowel. (Do not apply adhesive to the membrane directly). |
|
|
4. Roll the membrane into the fresh wet adhesive and press out with a steel roller or broom. |
|
|
5. Allow 24-72 hours to full cure. This will depend on humidity and temperature. |

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat ignition.
- Store at temperatures between +4oC and +30oC.
